South Bend already has committed educators, nonprofits, tutors, civic leaders, and neighbors. The constraint is often fragmentation: families and partners have to navigate disconnected efforts.

Our Kids can create shared goals, clarify who is doing what, support family outreach, and help partners monitor whether services are reaching the children who need them.
